IDK about anyone else but I feel the hi nu should be at least be lv3 melee priority for 4* general

gonna put this here cause i'm pretty sure Rob forgot this was a feature since he didn't mention it, the bazookas backflip shot will also reload the bazooka, thats probably why the ability isn't once per reload but i do agree it would be better as a cooldown since it doesn't heavy stagger or cause permanent stat changes like the Steins ability its based off, they probably didn't want to give a suit a free dodge without any consequences but i personally don't think it would cause to many issues and they could just add some boost cost to it some tips for Hi-Nu from my personal experience, play like a raid, you are very much a melee suit when playing Hi-Nu, even more so if you are using the bazooka, so getting up close and making effective use of your stun options is vital, do not treat your funnels as actual weapons and don't rely on them, while the rush funnels can finish off a very low target that is not their purpose, their only purpose is to trigger the Full Attack skill, use the rush funnels for quick hit and runs and the support funnels for sustained combat along side your allies, save the shield funnels for when you need protection either from being sniped or for emergency retreats where you are outnumbered and desperately need the protection to get back to your team and as with every melee suit press your advantage whenever you can, if you can get an enemy on their own in a position you can stagger and melee them easily then do it, do not pull back or you are likely gonna open yourself up to being gunned down by your targets superior ranged weapons, if you can get your melee off that's your best chance at doing the most damage possible and making an escape before they can get back up assuming you don't out right kill them. also yes the suit does have flap boosters which can be incredibly useful on most maps though this one i don't think you can get much use out of them really with how flat and open it is i am very happy they finally announced FA Unicorn, while this does mean im likely not getting both the anniversary suits i am 100% pulling for it, this will make the second support-like Unicorn type to be a general class but it looks genuinely fun to play, got plenty of different flavoured missiles and the special feature on the gatlings looks interesting plus NT-D resonance sounds like it will be a pretty strong ability with a Unicorn type team formed up around the FA, its a shame it doesnt purge its equipment to shift to awakened mode but im not too surprised since the shield funnels dont ever dock with the suit after being purged and it would be kinda weird working out what they should do. cant wait for it to finally be out and see how well it performs after all this time waiting

FINALLY someone else does this color pallette for the Zee Zulu. Been doing this for the past 8 months, and it works SO well.

That beam struggle was funny, as we have seen in the anime metal type weapons don't stand a chance against a beam saber and break but in this game the zee zulu dagger was able to stay together against that jesta type A on a beam struggle even though zee zulu has no weapon saber lol

A "Woundwort Shoes Version" could work as some sort of April Fools "joke" MS. :P

I believe that I had played anywhere between 5 and 10 of these over the weekend, and the win:loss rate was terrible. I recall that we only won once. Everyone went off on his own, and each of them basically got ripped apart. Then the survivors got double- or triple-teamed. One match ended up with us getting wiped twice(!) before we lost one person to a disconnect forcing everyone to start staying together for a short while. Horrible experience.

I can’t wait to play this Situation Battle on PC, as it’s fun to have a bunch of suits from different points in the UC that all have a theme and see what they can do together! Also, happy birthday, Rob! Hope you have a great one!

Every time I played fed we won by a landslide. Zaku mariner is very powerful on this map.

This definitly looks like an intersting situation battle. Knowing how PC plays I bet the feds will do fine. I guess we will find out in two months.

havent seen a video but out of the few matched i played most were as Fed and were wins, its pretty much determined by whether the Fed side chooses to actually push and put pressure on the Zeon side, had 3 wins where we did exactly that, getting right in Zeons face, throwing out tons of anchors and melee hits and just all around ripping them apart, and 1 loss where i was the Guncannon Aqua and the team just didnt do that and played more passively at range. also had 1 Zeon round as the Agg and i can tell you now that thing is a melee suit through and through, the beam is ok, for the most part i was only able to clip people with it but it does seem to instant stagger but the back missiles and melee are a brutal combo, the missiles stagger the enemy so fast while the drill does like 3 or 4 hits that shred through the targets health if you can actually hit with it, its so precise that actually landing it is hard but if you can land a quick swing and a down swing it will do a ton of damage, it was my first time actually using the Agg since its such a low cost suit normally, i didnt do the best but it was fun when i actually landed the drill

Rob what are you talking about? The Feddies have TWO Gundam Marine types and one special GM Dominantion Marine type... that makes the Feddies have too much power. The Zeeks have the amazing Karpool and while some of the MS "seem weak" they are all fairly balanced... what GBO2 really needs is to have it's engine and netcode enhanced to handle 9v9 matches on maps like this.

Personally I do really enjoy this suit. Normally, I'm not great with transforming suits, but constant playing at higher costs (I'm most comfortable at low cost) has basically forced me to get better with them. Either way, I'm glad you enjoyed the video!

I want this Mobile Suit on consoles right now! The Freedom series of Gundams are my favorite Mobile Suits

The map is Lunar Debris field hahaha. Interesting that the I-field reduces the Support Fire hit, wouldn't have expected that.

The body design is so similar to the Weltall and Weltall-2 of Xenogears, they more or less came out the same year. I always wondered if they had the same artist designing them. Kunihiko Tanaka was the designers for Xenogears mech so I've been wondering if he worked on the Gundam games this particular mech originated from.

Who knew Rob and I shared the same Birthday. I was.....not even remotely expecting that lol. Good match all around and that Support fire tanking just shows how strong that I-Field actually is.

shame that was a loss, Shipper did really well here and did a great job showing off what the suit can do in both MS and Waverider mode, sadly it seems the rest of the team werent as good with their suits but thats just how matchmaking goes, great video either way, the suit looks incredibly good when used right

I know it'll never happen, but having a suit from Turn A Gundam (most of the mech designs for that series were also done by Syd Mead) would really bring this request match full circle. :)

Rob, there was an armored core where the parts had their own health. It was not uncommon for an AC to loose an arm in a fight or the legs to go iffy. That feature only lasted a single game.

Shin Matsunaga is supposedly the pilot. The MS is just okay, unfortunately. It’s yet another mediocre support. Only its charged beam stuns, none of its other weapons stun. They build stun, but none have enough ammunition to actually stun. It also has no stun defense, so it gets stunned like crazy. It plays a lot like the Zeta HML, but the HML is the much better option. I really wish BB would give supports some love. We haven’t had a really great MS since… well, a long, long time. Most modern supports just range from “okay” to “terrible”.
